Canine Carrot Cake

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon soy flour
1/4 cup chopped, unsalted peanuts
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 cup ground or grated carrot

Combine flours, soda and peanuts.

Mix in egg, oil, vanilla, honey and carrots until well combined. Pour mixture into a cake pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack, cut into wedges and serve.
